Modeling in Belgium!

Last week we had a happiness photographer coming to our house: Alex's sister, Marie, who stopped by for the weekend from Geneva on her way back to the United States. We did very well! See for yourself with the pictures below. We like it when Marie comes. She gives us lots of massages and takes us on lonnggg walks.
I have the best smile. Kira wins the best happy face improvement. Buja wins the Walt Disney Contract for the life version of the "Aristochats." Speaking of Buja, slowly but surely, we are progressing toward getting along all together. It's complicated you know, cats and dogs use different signals so we get all confused but we'll get there. Nala needs to improve her smile, we are also working on it and one we get there, we'll share her pic too! Speedy and Gonzalez have 2 new, big, aquariums and spend their time taning. Taning turtles pictures coming soon!
We also have news from cousin Atlas! When Marie was traveling he went to a dog hotel. A DOG HOTEL! Swiming pool and all! How ridiculous. Except he had lots of fun! Take a look! http://www.paradise4paws.com/ He got a report card from the hotel that said he was passionate about human beings, had fallen in love with 2 labs, practiced his selective listening skills (you wild cousin!), and did not leave a crumb at meal time. We need dog hotels in Belgium, pleaazzzzz!!!

Modeling in Chicago

Well, if truth be told, dogs are on the left of the political spectrum. I am not the only one to argue the point. Enzo, the famous dog of The Art of Racing in the Rain, makes the point in his book. Speaking of books, I just finished the entire Not For Tourist Guide to Chicago. I am now a certified Chicago puptown expert. I know all the best beaches and parks in town, and have the best tricks to look silly in the snow. I really try my best to be a good dog. [You totally are a good dog, Atlas--Marie]

New Branch

Atlas, head of our new Chicago branch of the Deep Sleep clinic.

We just found out Atlas is actually very likely a native American dog. His ancestors might have come all the way from Asia before the separation of continents with the first human beings in America. His breed is rare and called the Carolina Dog.  His ancestors would go hunt with anyone going hunting. I told you he was a wild one!!!
Buja is doing well in Belgium. She now plays in the living room with her electronic lezard. We are doing better and better at all living together.
